About
Hola! I’m Aram Márquez, a Technical 3D Artist. I specialize in building game-ready assets for real-time engines and VR experiences, bridging the gap between artistic vision and technical execution.
My focus is on stylized 3D modeling, procedural shaders, character and prop rigging, and lighting that holds up under real-time performance constraints. I care as much about how a model performs in-engine as I do about how it looks; the best asset is one that's both beautiful and light on its feet.
My journey started in Mexico, where I earned a BA in 3D Animation & Visual Effects, building a strong technical foundation in animation, game art, and digital production. Later, I completed an MA in Visual Communication at the University for the Creative Arts in the UK, an experience that expanded my perspective on storytelling, design thinking, and collaborative creation across cultures.
Along the way, I’ve complemented my studies with a certification in Game Art (Canada), and gained hands-on experience creating digital content for both promotional and educational purposes. I've also taught 3D modeling and virtual environments at the university level, which sharpened how I explain and structure technical workflows. Since then, I’ve been building game-ready characters, environments, and playful digital worlds that aim to connect with people in meaningful ways.
Whether I’m rigging a character, optimizing a shader, or troubleshooting an asset pipeline, I try to mix technical precision with a bit of joy; because I believe good technical art should still feel alive.
Let’s create experiences that MOVE! (literally).
